In this workshop you will learn in a short amount time how to handle customers properly.

  • Listen effectively
  • Conversational techniques
  • Customer-oriented action is teamwork
  • Types of conversations
  • Dealing with difficult customers
  • The knowledge gained is applied in role plays at the final session
