Engels is de universele taal om te communiceren met (buitenlandse) klanten. Afhankelijk van je huidige kennis van de Engelse taal, worden cursussen aangeboden op beginners-, tussen- en gevorderd niveau.

- Information, Verbs, Model letter of application, model CV, vocabulary
- Modals, negations and questions, irregular verbs, communication, office equipment, vocabulary
- Tenses, irregular verbs, telephone calls, memos, vocabulary
- Pronouns, hotel arrangements, letters, receiving clients, giving directions
- Nouns, adjectives, adverbs, future tense
- Indefinite pronouns, gerund, requests and replies
- Prepositions, letter of complaint, letter of apology
- possessive pronouns, frequency, suggestions, vocabulary
